10 years of Marcel Traczuk

In a joint discussion with our works council representative Dirk Fröhlich (1st from left), his line manager Olaf Willroth (2nd from right), HR manager Malin Sierks (1st from right) and Managing Director Thomas Stock, Marcel Traczuk looked back on the last few years.

Marcel Traczuk started at PANO® shortly after the complete changeover to BLUESEAL® and the move to the new plant in Fraunhoferstraße. His early days with us were therefore characterized by change and development.  Since then, he has been an important member of the warehouse teams and a friendly colleague with extensive specialist knowledge.

As a small token of appreciation and thanks for his loyalty, he received an Itzehoer voucher and an additional bonus of €300. The works council also presented him with a gift.

We would like to congratulate him once again on his 10th anniversary and look forward to many more years together!
