Fully automatic machine can be integrated into line control

The DVV 100 HD is a fully automatic steam-vacuum capping machine made of stainless steel for the PVC-free PANO BLUESEAL® twist-off closure as well as for all other twist-off closures. The DVV 100 HD can be operated via a pivoting touch panel, is height-adjustable, designed for high speeds and is low-maintenance. You can choose from various capping processes to suit your production requirements.

The MFH 3000 high-performance sorting and feeding system with a capacity of up to 30,000 lug caps per hour can be combined with the DVV 100 E EL jar capping machine as well as with machines from other manufacturers. The closures are conveyed from a storage container by a height-adjustable magnetic elevator, sorted pneumatically and conveyed to the capping machine via a freely extendable rail section. If required, the storage container can be installed in a separate area away from the production lines.

The HKV 25 is a semi-automatic jar sealing machine made entirely of stainless steel with a cold vacuum device, which is designed for rotary lug caps such as the PVC-free PANO BLUESEAL®.

It was primarily designed for use in smaller companies, for product development and special productions. Its design allows for quick installation. If space is required, the machine can be moved with little effort during operation.
